Personality: Altair is understanding and loyal to his job and those he considers friends. He is very forward, sometimes to a fault causing insult to others when not intended. At his worse Altair can be piety, self centered, and yet self loathing as well.
Relation to Characters: Envoy of Celestial, though he is forbidden to speak of her in any sense to the beings of Tranglor.

We are still working out the Celestial Griffins as they are a new introduced race to our world. I also figured I would try my hand at something non dragon and go out of my comfort zone a bit with this.
